Services
We focus on offering a personalized medication counseling that values patient feedback on their medication experiences. My goal is to minimize medication side effects while maximizing its efficacy, ensuring patients remain fully informed throughout their treatment.
Medication management
Our psychotherapy approach aims to cultivate trust with patients, foster a sense of heightened awareness, empowerment, and motivation, and to facilitate concrete steps and coping strategies toward functional recovery.

Transcranial electrical stimulation (tES) is a noninvasive technique that involves passing a weak electrical current through the brain to modify and improve its function. As a neuropsychiatrist certified on tES, I use this evidence-based therapy to augment and maximize medication treatment or replace medications when the side effect burden is too high or when other medications haven’t worked.

Telehealth
While our practice is located in Boston, Massachusetts, we offer telehealth services that allow Massachusetts residents to be seen from anywhere in the Commonwealth. We also serve students who want to split their mental health care between their hometown provider and us during their time in Massachusetts.

Fees and billing
While I do not take health insurance, I can provide you with the paperwork needed for your health insurance company if you seek out-of-network reimbursement.
*Prices may differ depending on complexity and financial need.
Out-of-pocket fees
If you choose to work with a provider who doesn't accept insurance, they are considered an out-of-network provider. In such cases, your insurance company may agree to reimburse all or part of the fee if you submit a claim, possibly after meeting a deductible. Out-of-network providers do not directly bill insurance companies but can provide detailed bills and receipts for you to file an out-of-network claim with your insurance company for reimbursement.

LENGTH and frequency of meetings
Our services begin with an initial consultation of approximately 60 to 120 minutes, depending on complexity. During this meeting, we will explore your reasons for seeking treatment, review your psychiatric, social, and medical history, and establish goals for our work together.
After our initial meeting, we may embark on a period of extended evaluation, generally two to four sessions in length, although this varies. During this time, we will continue to review your history, examine our unfolding therapeutic relationship, and determine how we can help you reach your treatment goals.
